BCC Fall Litter Sweep Community Service Event

Join the BCC Science Club in a FALL LITTER SWEEP on Friday, Sept. 22, from 9-11 AM. Be part of a team of BCC students, faculty, staff, and neighbors for a roadside cleanup along Old Ocean Highway. Safety vests, gloves, and bags will be provided. Volunteers will meet on BCC’s Main Campus on the steps of Building A.
This community service effort is part of International Coastal Clean/Big Sweep’s mission of creating a litter-free environment. Since 1989, more than 300,000 volunteers have collected over 10.3 million pounds of trash. Let’s keep it going! For questions, contact Dr. Kim Jones at [email protected].
