BCC Showcases Manufacturing Jobs at Annual Event

BCC celebrated its 5th annual Manufacturing Day Event on Friday, October 27th. This yearly event provides organized opportunities for Brunswick County manufacturers to highlight their work, locations, and careers to energize the future pipeline of creators – Brunswick County Youth. This year’s event featured personalized industry tours at Precision Swiss Products https://www.precisionswiss.com/ and Industrial Reliability & Repair https://irr-us.com/. After the tours, Karen Barefoot provided the keynote address to 46 attendees.

VP Greg Bland indicated that Manufacturing Day would remain a top priority at BCC because it “shines a spotlight on good jobs in Brunswick County, establishes employer relationships, and opens doors of opportunity among our youth.”
