Caroline Bailey Named Student of the Month

We’re proud to recognize Caroline Bailey as BCC’s October Student of the Month. President Gene Smith surprised Caroline with the announcement during class, celebrating her remarkable dedication, leadership, and enthusiasm for learning.

Caroline is pursuing her second career through BCC’s Horticulture and Turfgrass program. With a bachelor’s degree already in hand, she returned to school to explore a new field—and she has done so with energy and purpose.

“In every way, Caroline represents the best of BCC,” said Instructor Heather Hardie. “She’s a team player, hard worker, and has a heart of gold. Her passion for learning and helping others inspires us all.”

Caroline’s next chapter is already “taking root,” and we are excited to see where her journey leads. Congratulations, Caroline!
