“Never Forget” 9/11 Memorial Service

“Never Forget” 9/11 Memorial Service conducted by FDNY/Carolina Retirees Association in Brunswick County.
The day will begin with a 9/11 Memorial Mass at Our Lady Star of the Sea 1100 8th Ave N, NMB, SC at 8am.
9:30am the motorcade will leave from Rte 904 and Old Georgetown Rd, OIB, NC en route to the Brunswick Community College.
9:45am police escorted ride to Brunswick Community College.
10:30am the motorcade will arrive at Brunswick Community College. FDNY-CRA Memorial Service (20th Anniversary)
This 9/11 Memorial Service marks the 20th Anniversary where nearly 3,000 lives were lost, including 343 FDNY ~ New York City Fire Department.
Local Lions Club, American Legion and VFW members will be on the Whiteville Road/N.C. 130 overpass waving flags at traffic passing by on U.S. 17 from 8 am – 11 am.
