Welcome! Whether you’ve just applied, recently been accepted, or are preparing for your first semester, this page is your guide to getting started at Brunswick Community College.

Here you’ll find the information, resources, and next steps to help you navigate the enrollment process and prepare for your first day of classes. As you move from applicant to enrolled student, you’ll also gain access to additional tools designed to support you throughout your time at BCC.

Getting started at BCC is easy, and your online resources will grow as you move through the enrollment process. 

PROSPECTIVE Student Portal

If you’re applying to BCC or completing your admissions steps, your Prospective Student Portal is your go-to resource. No login is required, and you’ll find useful information as you complete your application, prepare to enroll in classes, research resources, and more. We want you to be successful from day one.

Once you’re officially enrolled, you’ll receive your BCC login credentials and gain access to the Enrolled Student Portal. This secure portal is your online hub for the tools you’ll use throughout your time at BCC, including Self-Service, Moodle, student email, advising resources, financial aid, and much more. Be sure to bookmark it—you’ll use it often!

WHAT INTERESTS YOU? (CHOOSE UP TO 3)

WHAT CREDENTIAL ARE YOU HOPING TO EARN?

In about two years, you can earn an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, or an Associate of Applied Science degree. Many students continue their education at a four-year college or university.
A diploma takes less time (9-18 months) than a degree and provides you with hands-on training and skills in a specific field. You are workforce ready.
If you want focused training in a specific skill or industry in less than one year, a certificate program may be for you.
In less than six months, you train for employment in a specific field or career type, short-term industry training programs are a great place to start. Some programs offer industry recognized credentials.
High School students can accelerate the completion of college certificates, diplomas, and associate degrees.
Complete a high school credential (GED®) that mirrors a public-school credential.
Prepares adults to take the High School Equivalency Test.
