At BIP, we understand the importance of accessible and reliable transportation for our students. That’s why we offer comprehensive transportation services in partnership with the Brunswick Transit System, Inc. (BTS). Our goal is to ensure that every student can attend our programs with ease and convenience.

Brunswick Transit System (BTS) Overview

BTS is a non-profit community transportation system dedicated to serving the residents of Brunswick County. Since its incorporation in 1989, BTS has operated under the NC Nonprofit Corporation Act and the USC 501(c)(3) Internal Revenue Code, providing coordinated general public and human services transportation. With a fleet of 17 vehicles, including ADA-equipped options, BTS is well-equipped to assist persons with special needs, ensuring that all students have access to our programs.

Flexible Transportation Solutions

Families and individuals have the flexibility to choose the transportation option that best suits their needs. BTS transportation can be requested for a monthly flat-rate fee, providing a hassle-free solution for daily commutes. Alternatively, families can opt to transport their student(s) independently. Our program operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, accommodating the schedules of both students and their families.
