Invest in Student Success

The Foundation of Brunswick Community College exists to support students, strengthen educational opportunities, and invest in the future of our community. Through scholarships, program support, and partnerships with donors and local organizations, the Foundation helps make higher education more accessible for BCC students as they work toward their goals.

For many students, financial challenges can stand in the way of completing a degree, certificate, or workforce credential. Foundation scholarships help bridge that gap by assisting with tuition, books, fees, and other educational expenses, allowing students to stay focused on their education while balancing work, family, and personal responsibilities. Thanks to the generosity of donors and supporters, students are able to pursue meaningful opportunities that positively impact both their lives and the Brunswick County community.

Established in 1982, The Foundation of Brunswick Community College is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing the mission of the College through advocacy, community engagement, and philanthropic support. Guided by a volunteer Board of Directors representing communities across Brunswick County, the Foundation proudly supports BCC’s commitment to opportunity, student success, and lifelong learning.

The Foundation’s work reflects the core values of Brunswick Community College: Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Opportunity, Service, and Community. Together with donors, alumni, community partners, and campus supporters, the Foundation continues to create opportunities that help students succeed both in the classroom and beyond.

The Foundation of Brunswick Community College, Inc. is recognized as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Foundation may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.
