DMA 050 – Graphs&Equations of Lines

Prerequisites: DMA 010, DMA 020, DMA 030, and DMA 040 or appropriate assessment score and DRE 096 or ENG 075 Corequisites: None

This course provides a conceptual study of problems involving graphic and algebraic representations of lines. Topics include slope, equations of lines, interpretation of basic graphs, and linear modeling. Upon completion, students should be able to solve contextual application problems and represent real-world situations as linear equations in two variables.
