DESCRIPTION:On October 6\, 2022\, area high school students will have an opportunity through Brunswick Community College to see firsthand manufacturing in action in Brunswick County and learn about the jobs\, higher wages\, and opportunities for advancement. Students will tour Precision Swiss Products\, Tri-Tech Forensics\, and learn more about Blair-HSM. The tours will also include the machining and electrical labs at the Leland Center. Brunswick Community College will have a guest speaker from the Cape Fear Manufacturing Partnership followed by a lunch.
